Any deficiencies in our service will be rectified within 48 hours or an agreed upon time frame or fees for the service will be returned in full.

Quality Control Statement

The quality control program of our company is headed by Aaron Aveiro, Member of Aladay LLC. His responsibility is applying and maintaining our procedures and making a commitment to our customers of receiving the best services in uniformity and consistency. Maintaining responsibility lies in determining the ultimate quality of our services.

Aladay LLC is committed to maintaining a strict Quality Control Program and retains a staff that is dedicated to maintain our company reputation in the industry.

Quality Assurance is also included in Quality Control by assuring all employees have thorough training and instruction with regard to the services provided and the adherence to our company Safety Program.

Quality Control 

Aaron oversees Quality Control and provides one on one training with all employees ensuring due diligence and adherence to job standards and guidelines for each Lender under the contracts. The company holds monthly safety meetings to maintain compliance with OSHA . Aaron and Janell Sanchez communicate with the clients and local Realtors upon receipt of work orders to provide as much up front information and data to our field crews so they are fully prepared for the job at hand. Aaron, Mark Hamilton and Janell Sanchez work together on quality control of all photo requirements to ensure all necessary photos are supplied upfront and/or obtained to meet the job requirements.

Quality Control Procedures

  1. Initial Inspections:

Once a work order is received, an initial inspection of the property is performed. The inspection includes all photos to support written documentation. Written report must be broken down by service needed and the description of each service. This will be completed within 24 hours

  1. Initial Inspection report with supporting photos are submitted to the Client. At this time, a written request for Personal Property Removal is requested or verified. If necessary, written requests for approvals from the Realtor are generated. This will be completed within 48 hours of receipt of Initial Work Order for services.
  2. Services Performed. Upon approval of services from the Client and/or Realtor, the services are performed.

  3. In House Inspection. Our in-house inspector will inspect the services performed and prepare a written report, with photos, if necessary, to the Quality Control Manager, Aaron Aveiro.

  4. The completed work order is submitted to the Client with our invoice for payment of services rendered.

  5. Service Correction. If a service is not performed satisfactorily to the Client, the employee will return to the property to correct the service performed. New photos showing the correction will be submitted to the Client for approval.

Promoting From Within

In order to keep Aladay LLC a company that has consistency it shall be the policy of Aladay LLC to promote from within the current employees qualified for any open positions within the company.

The employee shall submit an application or resume with qualifications as every other applicant does.

The employee must demonstrate that he/she is qualified for the position that is open.

The employee will then go through the interview process just like all other applicants.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
