This entry is part 22 of 22 in the series Whom do your elected officials represent???

Me on the Radio

Well with last nights elections the residents of two more states, Missouri and Utah have spoken in regards to Medical Marijuana. Those two states join the other 30 states that have already seen the benefits of repealing seriously delousional draconian type of thoughts and laws governing marijuana. Let’s be clear here, it is We the People speaking when it takes an election to pass a medical issue . It is NOT our Elected Officials doing our bidding when our taxes pay them to do the job of representing our best interests.

Missouri voters on Tuesday approved Amendment 2, a ballot measure backed by a coalition of patients, doctors and veterans called New Approach Missouri. It was one of three unrelated medical marijuana measures on the ballot.
Under Amendment 2, post-traumatic stress disorder is among the conditions that qualify for use of medical marijuana, along with cancer and other serious illnesses. A 4 percent sales tax will go to a newly created fund for health and care services for veterans. The sales tax revenue also will be used to administer licensing of medical marijuana businesses

I was speaking to the Johnny’s Tendergrass developers today about the process in which the Pharmaceutical Industry took to make marijuana illegal. It is a recurring theme, Pecuniary Greed, it always comes back to the al mighty dollar….

Meanwhile in Utah…

Utah’s Proposition 2 allows patients to obtain medical marijuana cards via a doctor’s office for certain qualifying conditions, such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, chronic pain (if someone is at risk for opioid painkiller addiction or overdose), and multiple sclerosis. But it prohibits smoking marijuana, instead allowing vaping, edibles, and other means of consuming pot. And it imposes some restrictions on doctors, including prohibitions on owning or working for a medical marijuana dispensary and on recommending a card to more than 20 percent of their patients

Why is it that when we look at history it is always those with the money that turn up.? When you research politics, food production, medical delivery, prescription medicine, education, product delivery, it always goes to money. Maybe that is why during an investigation you’re always told to follow the money.…RockefellaCarnegie….

Robber Barron’s they were called. Their portraits display a steel jaw, squinty eyed stare at the camera. It’s a  glare of miserable disdain for fellow-man you see staring at the camera lens. You stare back at them wondering how small the cameraman felt as he photographed these Gods of the Gilded Age. How can they can look so disturbed while being worth so much. You wonder how they stumbled upon their position in life to be in the right place at the right time. You wonder if it was by happen chance or part of a larger picture. When you chase the name Morgan or Rothschild’s a sudden chill will come over you…Then echoing in the canyons of your mind you hear…root of all evil…

Rockefeller, the monopolist, had to figure out a way to get rid of his biggest competition. So he used the classic strategy of “problem-reaction-solution.” That is, create a problem and scare people, and then offer a (pre-planned) solution. (Similar to terrorism scare, followed by the “Patriot Act”)……

Sometimes I wonder if we have  been programmed. I mean when I speak on issues I feel passionate about, GMO Technology abuse, the propaganda game the Monsanto Propaganda Machine created 95 years ago to benefit a burgeoning chemical industry…to name a few…part of the propaganda game plan the Monsanto developed ninety or so years ago has also benefited many big business industry’s.

The Pharmaceutical Industry especially. Which brings me back to Marijuana on a medical platform. In 1850 the US Pharmacopeia recognized the medicinal properties of Extractum Cannabis and Extract of Hemp. We’ve all heard of Squibb, Lily, Smith Brothers, Parke Davis….They all sold Marijuana on a medical platform. Enter Rockefeller’s scientists and we get the Flexner Report with the assistance of his good buddy Carnegie and in 1907 we get streamlined medical education with specific guidelines and by 1913 we got the American Cancer Society.

….Many American medical schools fell short of the standard advocated in the Flexner Report and, subsequent to its publication, nearly half of such schools merged or were closed outright. Colleges in electrotherapy were closed. Homeopathy and natural medicines were derided; some doctors were jailed.

It was 1942 when Marijuana became illegal via our governments. Now we are finding out that marijuana can help more than just the sore back. We are finding out that the various cannabinoids in the THC of marijuana and various products that Hemp produces there are serious medical applications for both.
We always hear regulations are bad, yet when we examine that closer who benefits from the “regulations” that are put in place? After when we step back from our emotions and look closely at the “regulation” someone benefits or there would be no need for said “regulation”. Who has benefited from a regulated and streamlined medical education system…chemical industry. Who has benefited from unregulated GMO Technology and a “regulated” Organic agriculture industry??? Chemical Industry. Who benefited from Marijuana becoming illegal??? The very same Chemical Industry.
No this isn’t “tin foil hatter” stuff, just facts. Those pesky things that won’t go away. I have to ask with all advancements in Chemical Medicine that have been made in the past 100 years, how far would the organic medicine been had it been allowed to develop with the same technology. Where would medical marijuana be if the same technologies were used to develop the THC, CBD, CBG, CBN, THCV, instead of Chemical Maintenance Drugs? Where would we be without the Flexner report?
Here is a more important question. We have all heard of “Witch’s”, “Medicine Men”, “Shaman’s”, these were our ancestor’s original herbalists, Doctors and Healers, they still are for that matter. However, stop and examine that thought for just a minute. It was the women that gathered the plants/herbs that medicine was made from. That we as people used to medicate our ills. Somewhere along the line knowledge was passed on from generation to generation on how plants could be used. How the Mugwort could help ease the congestion or the Horehound would sooth the throat. Whether they were dried, chopped up used fresh, chewed and made into a poultice, it was Women/Witch’s that gathered those plants. It was man who figured out to administer them, together Man & Woman worked together gathering herbs and administering medical assistance to their tribe, clan, village….can you imagine being jailed for something like that?
Yes funny how following the Pecuniary Greed trail always comes back to the same ‘Ol names. I have said it in the past and I stand by this statement still today…
Since man has been writing about themselves the only thing that has changed in the “Nature of the Beast” is the way we execute each other. When you go back into history those that took a different view from those …running the show, if you will…were ostracized, one only has to witness the treatment of the award-winning investigative journalist Carey Gillam. Once she wrote about the facts she found on the chemical glyphosate she was persecuted as an evil uneducated crackpot that sold out to the Organic Industry. If Monsanto could have had their way Ms Gillam would be locked away.
The premise of our very first Constitutional Amendment, was based on the experiences of a long history of a type of oppression, after all it was the church that gave men and women healers the name “Witch” and of course, who was the Feudal Lord to argue or go against the church. After all..they approved of each other and borne to us the Witch Hunt. That said, is it the Robber Baron’s that now do the Church’s bidding? Yeah…there goes that tin foil hat stuff again.
However, you have to ask yourself, with the 5G and Agenda 21 information hanging out in the background just how far for the truth that is. Here in lies the rub as the Bard would say…Thirty-two states is 64% of the country Roberts Rules of order require 67% to carry a majority, the Convention of the States, to change the constitution requires slightly larger majority 38 states or75% of the states in the United States. One more state would create that 67% and a case could be made that our Federal Government needs to acknowledge We the People on this issue or We the People could start asking the most important question we should be asking our Elected Officials….
Whom Do Your Elected Officials Represent????

Dood-Frank Violation…You be the Judge….

Eric "ED NAMFS" Miller, Executive Director and Master Puppetier of NAMFS
Eric “ED NAMFS” Miller, Executive Director and Master Puppetier of NAMFS

I have always loved the line…You have to stop and smell the roses.  With that thought I was out in Laci’s Rose garden today, thinking that it had been a minute so I had to stop and smell the….mmmm what in the dickens????? what in the world is that funny smell??? Then it hit me the smell must be coming from the massive amount of poppycock being piled on the PPI newbiee’s over on Face Book.

Well you see Eric Miller, the Executive director of the MFS Crime Wave Offender Member Organization of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services is currently recruiting via Facebook. Now if this don’t beat all, Miller claims that he is on Face Book in a personal capacity.

EXCUSE ME???????????????? Using the Screen Name…ED NAMFS versus his other “Professional” Screen names of Executive Director, NAMFS…so if you abbreviate your position you are allowed to use the organizations name for personal use??? Perhaps this is one of the problems with the leadership of this organization.

We all know that Labor is not a welcome subject nor is labor even welcome in the organization as evidenced by the illegal appointment of Joseph Hummel to the Board of Directors. In addition Miller has been overheard chastising labor and he has adamantly detested the phrase Boots on the Ground as affirmed bt those that have heard him mumble things in public. Hates it so much that he was able to convince Terri Bartlett Berry that she was a Mortgage Field Professional and she should put labor in their place after she attended a LABOR EVENT in Florida this past August. And put labor in their place she did.

Now it appears that Miller has given Terri some more of that wonderful Kool-aid he was passing around in Florida as this is what she stated on a thread about Miller’s account…

Yes, He created this account (ED NAMFS on Face Book) to keep business and personal separate…

say what??? A personal account would have a screen name of Eric Miller…Jump&Jive…Backslide Bone…but it would not have the organizations call letters for a screen name.

Now here is what irritates me the most. On the condition of anonymity a source has told me that a high ranking member of the organization has stated that the membership has damaged their business and they  will not be renewing the membership, something that will have lasting repercussions on NAMFS. While I can feel for the company and respect the fact they are not afraid to walk away, that is not what bothers me, it is however the position Miller takes against labor behind closed doors. Miller has profusely stated that labor will never have a seat at the table as he does not want this.

LABOR will never have a seat at the table…Labor will never have a seat at the table, yet Labor must follow the rules they set to steal labor’s money. Labor will never have a seat at the table, yet Labor must finance the industry, Labor will never have a seat at the table, yet labor must insure the industry, Labor will never have a seat at the table, yet Labor must provide the Labor that sustains the industry. Labor will never have a seat at the table, yet there are no health benefits, no sick days, no holidays, no private time as Labor is on 24/7/365…Did you hear that??? I think Carnegie & Rockefeller just woke up and are doing The Stroke. Please pay attention Cindy Reid as in the hierarchy of things you are at the bottom of the chart as you are labor…..

Here is a comment made under the auspice of being on Face Book in a “personal” capacity…

Cindy Reid asked the question…At the risk of sounding ignorant, does being a member really bring new business for a small company..

Here is ED NAMFS response…

-Cindy – it really depends on your company, services offered, your business model and your efforts.  As stated, we have many members that reach out to new members when they join.  We also have members that send out opportunity blasts.  You also have access to the membership directory with contacts so you can actively solicit companies.  NAMFS does not actively promote one member over another so should we receive a request for local preservation help in Florida we send a blast to all our members that are located and provide this service Florida.  NAMFS has also evaluated other similar industries for opportunities such as code enforcement.

For just a minute I’ll play devil’s advocate and do some translating…let us start with the opening lines of Miller’s statement..

-Cindy – it really depends on your company, services offered, your business model and your efforts.  As stated, we have many members that reach out to new members when they join…

We really do not care about your business model or the services you offer. We will walk you through everything you need to have to protect our members from lawsuits and have you spend every dime you have with our members via insurance, background check and credit checks, in addition we will have Safeguard Properties reach out and provide you with a contract and have you financially insolvent within six months…

I love this line…. You also have access to the membership directory with contacts so you can actively solicit companies….

I already have this… Cindy I’ll email it to you for FREE!!!! Save your 300+ dollars for something like investing in yourself…

However, this is the line that jerked my chain… NAMFS does not actively promote one member over another..

Miller, the organization does favor SGP, Altiscource, MCS, MSI, and every other Ordermill that steals from companies like Ironclad Preservations…Or did you forget about telling Mr. Douglas to…”Let it Go”…you were upset when he sued the dingy broad in Indiana that was subbing work back to Florida that originated in Florida. You do not write off 100k and call it the cost of doing business like you’d have all the newbies like Cindy Reid believe. By not stepping in and mediating the Ironclad issue you favored the ding-a-ling broad (she is a thief stealing for one of our military vets…she deserves absolutely NO RESPECT) in Indiana when she stole the 100k from Ironclad. If you did not favor SGP your organization would fold and you would not have a job paying over 120 thousand dollars to supervise criminal activity by your Offender Members.

Have you opened one ethics investigation on members that steal? Or, how about your MRS Cheap Suit Jay debacle? You allowed bankrupt members to remain on the BOD while attempting to establish another order mill…

So there is no mistake here…Miller you’re a liar. How do you say this with a straight face?  NAMFS will not step in and support Labor when the members commit criminal activity against Labor??

You have sat by while Labor has suffered on a daily basis while you use their money…lets be real for a minute your membership steals from labor uses the money to pay dues that pay your salary. In addition all the social media there is you are an accessory to the crime that involve wire fraud, RICO violations, Theft by Deception , Fraud in the Inducement…You are not better than Charlie Manson. You both have a warped sense of self worth.

However, it was a statement and inquiry that silenced ED NAMFS…

Paul Kruger stated and asked;

I for one do not think any organization can help the downward spiral of pricing this industry has experienced. That is simply a supply and demand issue. I’d like to see some organization come forward and promote a code of ethics. Not just for Field Contractors, but also the management companies. We all suffer from the unethical business practices that go unaddressed. Forcing Contractors do do unlicensed work, demanding improper work (bleach and Kilz for instance), unsubstantiated decline and charge back procedures, non compensated work orders, retaliation for declining work or disputing issues etc. Those are just work issues, we could go on about legal and tax issues too…

This appeared to be the nail in the coffin as the discussion went the way Miller wants everyone to act about the criminal activity he supervises on a daily basis…silent

Mr Kruger has definitely hit the nail on the head…and of course Miller is nowhere to be found when it comes time to answer the serious question about the organization…

So how about you?? After reading the commentary do you think that ED NAMFS AKA Eric Miller is on Face Book in a “Personal Capacity”??

Here are two other statements Miller made in the discussion thread…

Eric miller–

NAMFS is for everyone in the industry and participation is the key.

THEN BRING LABOR TO THE TABLE MILLER

Here is another statement that Miller is lying about

Eric miller —

GTom – NAMFS actually did request information regarding incremental cost increases from the industry last year.  We also responded to the OIG Report and HUDs most recent Servicing Guide release.  The challenge is people opening sharing for the betterment of the industry.  There is also the challenge of differentiating between cost of doing business and what has impact (I.E. – interior inspection requirement).  NAMFS was founded as a trade association not a policing organization.  We do take concerns raised seriously and there is a level of review that can result in some action being taken.

I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN WITH THIS STATEMENT EXCEPT TO SAY… Miller you are a BOLDFACE liar….

You take nothing seriously. You consistently tell people to “Let it Go”…you routinely allow members to abuse each other and you have yet to enforce your organizations Canons and Standards…I’m not even going to get into ethics…you have none.

The organization has a set of rules that are never adhered too, let alone enforced.

The Pyramid scheme that is the National Association of Mortgage Field Services is nothing more than a scam and I sincerely hope that Cindy Reid reaches out to more than the Face Book crowd that allowed the Mutt & Jeff team to go unchecked and spread their reign of terror, hate and discontent for two years.

We will soon see how this all plays out as there are movements starting to be heard from Labor on organizing…

Stand Strong and Stand Tall and look into IAFST
